Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides administrative services for students, faculty, and staff in support of the strategic mission of the institute. The primary duty of the Office of the Registrar is to maintain complete, accurate, and current information about our students. Additional responsibilities include cancellation and withdrawal information, transcript request information, transfer credit information, and commencement information.

Changes to your Records

The Registrar's Office maintains all academic records pertaining to each student and alumnus of the institute. You should report any changes in your name, address, and phone to this office.

Accessing your Grades

All grades are reported to this office and officially posted to your academic transcript. Once posted, the office makes grades available to the students via mail. In addition, the office will provide an official printed copy of your grades upon request to your employer if you participate in a tuition reimbursement plan at work.

Providing Transcripts

The Registrar's Office will provide a copy of your academic history (transcript) at your request. If a potential employer requires one, if you are transferring to another school, or if you simply desire to have a copy for yourself, this is the place to go. Transcripts are $5 per copy.

Enrollment Verifications

For those of you who require verification of your enrollment at CSI for your student loan provider, good student discount on auto insurance, or to obtain a Student ID, please, contact the office.

Diplomas

The Registrar's Office produces all diplomas for graduates. Diplomas are produced on site and distributed via mail within 2 weeks of graduation.

Academic Support Center

The Academic Support Center helps CSI students with necessary academic assistance. If you have any problems, please stop by the campus front desk between 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday and we will be more than happy to assist you.
