INSTRUCTOR

  • At least 3 years of teaching and/or working experience in the field of training
  • Minimum BS Degree is required
  • Certifications, knowledge, or substantial experience in one or more of the following:
    • Computer Networking: CompTIA, MCSA, MCSE
    • Healthcare/Medical: CCA, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA
    • Business Administration: MOS (Master Level), QuickBooks, Customer Service, or Business Management
    • Professional & Career Development Instructor: Bachelor Degree required
    • English as a Second Language Instructor: Bachelor Degree and/or TOEFL certification

LAB INSTRUCTOR

  • Certifications, knowledge, or some experience in one or more of the following:
    • Computer Networking: CompTIA, or MCSA
    • Healthcare/Medical: CCA
    • Business Administration: MOS, QuickBooks, Customer Service, or Business Management

ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVES

  • At least 2 years of working experience in admissions
  • Proven track record in selling education/training to general public

FINANCIAL AID

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Financial Aid
  • Proven track record of success

ACADEMIC DEAN (SKOKIE CAMPUS)

  • At least 5 years management experience with at least 2 years experience in academic leadership
  • At least 3 years full-time classroom teaching experience in higher education
  • Problem-solver and self-starter, able to take initiative and make intuitive decisions, while working as a part of and leading a team.
  • Bachelor Degree required; Master Degree preferred

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (SKOKIE CAMPUS)

  • At least 3 years experience in higher education curriculum design
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, assessment and evaluation, and e-learning course design.
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, educational technology or multimedia production (videoconferencing, webcasts, podcasts).
  • Bachelor Degree required; Master Degree preferred

STUDENT SUCCESS CENTER MANAGER

  • At least 2 years experience teaching or advising adult learners
  • Knowledgeable of skill testing, assessment and tutoring methodologies
  • Experience in identifying and working with learning disabilities, academic challenges
  • Bachelor Degree required; Master Degree preferred

EDUCATIONAL COORDINATOR

  • High computer proficiency and above average skills in Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years experience in bookstore, testing center, library or student service operations with a high-degree of student and faculty contact
  • Knowledgeable of vendor certifications and requirements
  • Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel preferred

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISER

  • Serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) in carrying out F-1 immigration responsibilities.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in admissions.
  • Knowledge in F-1 visa and SEVIS regulations required.
  • Must be bilingual: Russian, Polish.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency required.
