Degree Program is Approved by IBHE
On June 6, 2006, Illinois Board of Higher Education approved our first A.A.S. Network Systems Administration degree program.
The Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Systems Administration will prepare students as CompTIA- and Microsoft-certified Network Systems Administrators with the capability to design, install, and support an organization's LAN (local area network) systems. The program will also provide graduates with a foundation in the liberal arts through general education coursework targeted to the demands of this career.
The program requires ninety-nine quarter credit hours for completion, including seventy-two quarter hours in the program major core, and twenty-seven quarter hours of general education coursework.
